We will then attend your divorce hearing, if required, at no further cost to ensure that you divorce is processed correctly.

Choose from our fixed fee packages starting at $500 for simple divorces and $700 for more complex cases, ensuring clarity and affordability throughout your divorce process.
^Divorce Applications documents served on the other party, will incur a separate cost determined by the respective Process Server Agency.
*Preparation of Affidavits will be charges at $300.00 per hour, plus GST.
